Product Warranty 

Warranties may not be the same as the manufacturers warranty, the warranty is stated on the item, or ask instore
All items are clearance, may be used and we also sell second hand items. 
Items on this website are not new, but could be unused.
Installation does not include any gas fitting or plumbing. 
If items are collected buy the customer they will have a return to base warranty, items delivered will have an on site warranty.
